The Opportunity

You'll take a leading role in developing the hotel's pastry offering across its outlets, with the freedom to bring creativity, precision and personality to the menus.

We're looking for someone who is:

• An experienced Pastry Chef with a strong luxury, fine-dining or high-end hotel background
• Passionate about exceptional pastry, desserts and presentation
• Creative, ambitious and keen to develop their own ideas
• A natural leader who can inspire and develop a talented team
• Driven by quality and consistency
• Excited by the prospect of working towards prestigious industry accolades
